1. Sneeze guards will be installed on every table to keep our customers and employees safe. All customers will be seated 6 feet apart.
2. Hand sanitizers will be available all throughout the store.
3. All staff will regularly clean and sanitize all areas of the store
4. We will consult and monitor the health of our team members and encourage sick members to stay home.
5. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, please limit personal guest to 1 person.
6. All customers are required to wear a mask.

1. APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made by phone, text or email during business hours.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
There is a 15-minute grace period after the official start of the appointment. Late customers will be asked to reschedule. This is required in order to not disrupt the flow of appointments scheduled for the day.
2. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
We will accommodate to all our clients to the best of our ability.
All our appointment confirmations are sent through text.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
3. PAYMENT / GRATUITY
We accept Cash and all major cards except American Express. Gratuities are accepted in Cash only. A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service, and tips are genuinely appreciated for the full (pre-discount) value.
4. REFUNDS
All treatment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
